Launch checklist: from new store to first sale
The ten steps every seller should finish before sharing their store, in the right order.
Use this checklist once, top to bottom. Each step links to a detailed guide. Your dashboard home shows the first three as Get your store ready.
1. Add your first product
Go to Products → New product, choose the product type and add a title, price, description and image. Not sure which type? Read Choose the right product type.
2. Add stock (keys or accounts)
For keys and accounts, paste one item per line in the Stock panel. Each buyer gets the next unused one automatically. See Sell license keys and accounts.
3. Connect a real payment method
Buyers can only pay once a payment method is on. Connect Stripe for cards, PayPal, or crypto. Payments go straight to your own account.
4. Place a test order
Turn on the Manual payment / Test checkout method in Test mode, buy your own product and check the delivery email and order page. Then switch the test method off. See Test your checkout.
5. Brand your storefront
Pick a theme, upload your logo and banner, and set your accent colour in Storefront. See Customize your storefront.
6. Write your policies and FAQ
Add your terms (buyers accept them at checkout), your refund rules and a short FAQ under Storefront → Policies & FAQ. Clear policies prevent most disputes.
7. Turn on Fraud Shield
Block disposable emails, set an orders-per-IP limit and consider holding risky orders for review. See Stop fraud with Fraud Shield.
8. Get notified about sales
Connect email, Discord or Telegram alerts so you never miss an order or a support ticket. See Order and sales notifications.
9. Secure your account
Turn on 2FA and passkeys.
10. Share your store
- Put your store link in your Discord, Telegram, social profiles and bio links.
- List your store in the marketplace under Marketing & loyalty.
- Add a Buy button to your website.
- Connect a Telegram shop bot.
Tip: moving from another platform? Import your store first. You keep your products, stock, coupons and customers, and you pay no per-order fees for an introductory period.
