Choose the right product type
Keys, files, manual services, webhook delivery or subscriptions. Which product type fits what you sell.
You pick the type when you create a product in Products → New product. It decides how the buyer receives their order, and it can't be changed later, so pick carefully.

Which one should I use?
- You have a list of codes or accounts: Serials / keys. See Sell license keys and accounts.
- You have a file: File download. See Sell files and digital downloads.
- You do the work after payment: Service (manual). See Sell services with manual delivery.
- Your own system creates the item: Dynamic (webhook). See Deliver from your own server.
- Buyers pay again every month or year: Subscription. See Sell subscriptions.
Tip: a product that comes in versions (1 month / 3 months / lifetime, or Standard / Pro) is still one product with variants. See Prices, variants and discounts.
