Get notified about sales and tickets

Set up alerts in Notifications & Discord. Each channel has its own on/off switch and its own list of events.

Events you can be alerted about

• New paid order
• Order held for review
• Dispute / chargeback
• Low stock
• New support ticket / reply
• New feedback
• New subscriber

Email

On by default and sent to the shop owner. Add another address in Send to if you want alerts somewhere else.

Discord channel

1. In Discord, open Server settings → Integrations → Webhooks → New webhook, choose the channel and click Copy Webhook URL.
2. Paste it into Channel webhook URL.
3. Tick Enabled, choose the events and click Save.
4. Click Send test to check it.

Telegram bot

1. In Telegram, open @BotFather, send /newbot and follow the steps. Copy the bot token it gives you.
2. Add your new bot to the chat or group where you want alerts, and send it a message.
3. Find the chat's Chat ID. Group IDs usually start with -100. Bots like @userinfobot can tell you.
4. Paste the Bot token and Chat ID, tick Enabled, choose events and Save.
5. Click Send test.

Tip: use a different bot for alerts and for your Telegram shop. Each bot can only do one job.
