Secure your account with 2FA and passkeys
Turn on two-factor authentication and passkeys, keep recovery codes safe and change your password.
Your seller account controls your money, your keys and your customers' data. Protect it.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
- Go to Security and click Enable 2FA.
- Scan the QR code with an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password or Authy.
- Enter the 6-digit code and click Confirm & enable.
- Save your recovery codes somewhere safe, such as a password manager. Each one works once if you lose your phone.
From now on you enter a code from the app every time you log in, including when you sign in with Google.
Passkeys
A passkey lets you sign in with your fingerprint, face or device PIN. Nothing to type, and nothing a phishing site can steal.
- In Security, add a passkey and confirm with your password.
- Follow your browser or phone's prompt.
- Next time, choose Sign in with a passkey on the login page.
Add one on each device you use. You can remove passkeys from the same page.
Change your password or email
Change your name, email, timezone and password in Profile.
