Sell license keys and accounts

Use the Serials / keys type for anything you can write as a line of text: license keys, gift card codes, accounts (email:password), invite links.

Add stock

1. Open the product and find the Stock panel on the right.
2. Paste one item per line. For multi-line items, choose a Delimiter so we know where one item ends.
3. If the product has variants, pick which variant the stock belongs to.
4. Click Import stock.

Duplicates are skipped automatically, so pasting the same list twice is safe. Keys are stored encrypted.

The panel shows how many items are available, reserved (in a checkout that hasn't been paid yet) and sold.

How delivery works

The moment a payment confirms, the buyer gets the next available item on their order page and by email. Reserved items go back into stock if the checkout expires unpaid.

Low stock and sold out

• Low-stock alert at: you get a notification when stock drops to this number.
• Show remaining stock on the storefront: displays the count to buyers.
• Only N left urgency badges are set in Marketing & loyalty.
• When stock reaches 0, buyers can join a notify me waitlist, or you can take pre-orders. See Pre-orders and restock waitlists.

Replace a key that doesn't work

Open the order in Orders and click Replace key. The buyer gets the next unused key, and you can add an internal reason. The replaced key won't be sold again.

Export or clear stock

• Export CSV downloads all items with their status.
• Clear unsold stock removes everything not yet sold.

Tip: for "not received" chargebacks, turn on hide keys until the buyer clicks Reveal in Storefront. Every reveal is then logged with the buyer's IP and device. See Win chargebacks with proof of delivery.
