Accept crypto payments

Crypto payments go through Cryptomo and are paid to your own Cryptomo wallet. Buyers pick a coin and network, send the payment, and the order is delivered as soon as it confirms.

Set up Cryptomo

1. Create a merchant account with Cryptomo and open its API settings.
2. Copy your Public key (pk_…), Secret key (sk_…) and Webhook secret.
3. In SellPass, go to Payment methods → Cryptomo (crypto) and paste the three values.
4. Copy the Webhook / callback URL shown on the page and add it as the webhook URL in your Cryptomo dashboard.
5. Choose Accepted coins:
   • none selected: the buyer picks any coin on Cryptomo's payment page,
   • exactly one: the coin picker is skipped,
   • several: the buyer picks from your list.
6. Set Mode to Live, tick Enable at checkout, click Save and then Test connection.

Late and partial payments

• If a buyer sends less than the total, the order shows Partial and is delivered once the rest arrives.
• Payments that arrive after the invoice expired are still matched and delivered.

Confirmations

Each product can require a number of network confirmations before delivery (Required crypto confirmations on the product page). Leave it empty to use the provider's default. More confirmations are safer for expensive items but slower.

Refunds

Crypto refunds are sent from your Cryptomo dashboard. Record the refund on the order in SellPass so your stats stay correct: see Refund an order.
