Customers, store credit and blocking

The customer list

Customers lists everyone who has bought from you, by email, with their number of orders, how much they spent, store credit balance, first and last purchase. Sort by Top spenders or Most recent, search by email, and click Export CSV to download the list.

Give or remove store credit

1. Find the customer and click Adjust.
2. Enter an amount: +5 to add, -5 to remove.
3. Add a Note, for example Sorry for the delay, and save.

Buyers spend credit at checkout after signing in to the customer portal. To give credit automatically on every order, turn on the loyalty programme: see Loyalty and store credit.

Block a customer

Click Blacklist on a customer to stop them buying again. For more options (IP, email domain, country) use Fraud Shield.
