Collect buyer reviews, reply publicly and show your rating to new buyers.
How reviews are collected
After a paid order, buyers can rate it from 1 to 5 stars and leave a comment in the customer portal. Reviews build your store's rating, which is shown on your store, on your public feedback page and in the marketplace.
Manage reviews
Feedback shows your average rating, the number of reviews and every review. Filter by rating or show only Unanswered ones.
- Reply publicly: write a reply under the review. Everyone can see it.
- Click View feedback page to see your public page.
Get more good reviews
- Deliver fast and reply to tickets quickly.
- Ask in your post-purchase instructions: Happy with your order? Leave a review in your order page.
- Reply calmly to negative reviews with what you did to fix the problem. New buyers read the replies.
