What your buyers see: the customer portal

Buyers don't need an account to buy. After checkout they can always come back to the customer portal at sellpass.net/portal.

How buyers sign in

1. They enter the email they bought with.
2. We send a 6-digit code, valid for 10 minutes.
3. They enter it and see all their purchases.

They can also sign in with Google or a passkey.

What buyers can do there

• See every purchase and its delivered keys, files or messages.
• Click Get a fresh download link for files.
• Leave a review (1–5 stars and a comment). See Reviews.
• Contact the seller about an order. This opens a ticket in your Support.
• See their store credit balance with your store.
• Manage and cancel subscriptions.
• Join your affiliate programme, if you run one.
