Sell services with manual delivery

Use Service (manual) when you have to do something after payment: boosting, a custom design, an account top-up or a setup service.

Set it up

1. Create a product with type Service (manual).
2. Add checkout fields for what you need from the buyer, such as their game username, server or Discord. See Collect information at checkout.
3. Optionally add instructions the buyer sees after paying, like We start within 2 hours.

Deliver the order

1. Paid service orders appear in Orders, and the dashboard home shows how many are awaiting fulfilment.
2. Open the order and write your delivery in Deliver message: account details, a link, a license or a note.
3. Click Send to buyer. It appears on their order page and is emailed to them.
4. Or click Mark the order fulfilled if you delivered outside SellPass, for example in Discord.

Tip: reply quickly. Buyers who wait without an update are the most likely to open a dispute. Set a clear delivery time in the description.
