Create and publish a product

Go to Products → New product. The page has several panels. Only the title, type and price are required.

Basics

1. Product type: see Choose the right product type.
2. Title: name it the way buyers search, for example Windows 11 Pro Retail Key (Global).
3. URL slug: filled in automatically from the title. It becomes the end of the product's link.
4. Category: optional. Groups products on your store. Create categories under Categories.
5. Description: supports Markdown (bold, lists, headings, links). Say what the buyer gets, the region or platform, how fast delivery is and what happens if something goes wrong.

Pricing

Set the price and currency, and optionally a minimum and maximum quantity per order. Variants, volume discounts, pay-what-you-want and flash sales are explained in Prices, variants and discounts.

Delivery

What you see here depends on the product type: stock for keys, a file upload, instructions for services, a webhook URL for dynamic products. You can also add:

• Post-purchase instructions: shown to the buyer with the delivered item (for example how to redeem the key).
• Warranty: a short promise shown on the product, for example 24h replacement warranty.
• Checkout fields: questions the buyer answers at checkout. See Collect information at checkout.

Publishing

• Visibility
  • Public: listed on your store.
  • Unlisted: not listed, but anyone with the link can buy. Good for private offers.
  • Private: hidden and can't be bought.
• On hold: the product stays visible but can't be bought, for example while you restock or fix something.
• Hide from the marketplace: still sold in your store, just not shown in the SellPass marketplace.

Images

Upload up to 5 images. The first one is the main image on your store, in search results and when the link is shared.

Payment methods

By default buyers can use every payment method you have enabled. Tick specific methods to allow only those for this product, for example crypto only for high-risk items. For crypto you can also set how many network confirmations are required.

Save, preview and duplicate

Click Save. Use View to open the product on your store, and Duplicate to create a similar product quickly.

Note: if the platform reviews new products, a new product shows awaiting moderation review and can't be bought until it is approved. A rejected product is hidden: edit it to follow the Acceptable Use Policy or contact support.
