Redeem a voucher code

Voucher codes give you a paid plan at no cost for a set time, for example as a launch offer or a partner perk.

Redeem it

1. Go to Plan & billing.
2. Under Have a voucher code?, enter the code (it looks like XXXXX-XXXXX).
3. Click Redeem.

Your plan switches straight away. Current plan shows that it's free via voucher until a date.

When the voucher ends

Before the date shown under Current plan, you get a renewal invoice by email. Pay it to keep the plan. If it isn't paid, your store moves to the standard free plan after a short grace period. Nothing is deleted: only the plan's extra features and lower fees stop.

If a code doesn't work, check for typos. Codes can expire, have a limited number of uses, or only work for certain accounts.
