Pay platform fees and avoid store pauses

Where to see what you owe

Plan & billing shows:

• Unpaid platform fees, and the amount at which your store is paused automatically (auto-pause above …),
• your Prepaid balance, which fees are taken from first,
• the Fee ledger: every fee and payment, with the amount owed after each,
• Platform invoices with a Pay button.

Pay your fees

Click Pay outstanding fees, choose a payment method and complete the payment. The page updates within a minute.

Prepay so you're never paused

Click Top up balance, choose an amount and pay. New fees are taken from the balance automatically. Rewards from referring sellers are added to this balance too.

Automatic pause

If unpaid fees go above your limit, the store is paused automatically: the storefront goes offline until the fees are paid. A warning banner appears in your dashboard when you get close to the limit.

When paused for fees, pay the outstanding amount in Plan & billing and your store is reactivated automatically.

Tip: using Stripe Connect means fees are collected from each payment, so you never build up unpaid fees.
