Manage, add or delete a shop

Shop settings

Shop settings holds:

• Shop name,
• Store URL: changing it changes your store address and breaks old links,
• Default currency,
• Timezone: used for flash sales, reports and dates,
• Support email: the reply-to address on emails your buyers receive.

Run several shops

Open the store switcher at the top of the dashboard sidebar and click New shop. Each shop has its own products, payment methods, branding and plan. Switch between them from the same menu.

Delete a shop

1. Pay any outstanding platform fees first.
2. In Shop settings → Delete shop, type the shop name to confirm and enter your password.
3. Click Delete shop.

Your storefront goes offline immediately and payment methods are disabled. Order history is kept for accounting and disputes.

What you can sell

Every store must follow the Acceptable Use Policy and the Terms of Service. Products that break the rules are removed, and repeated problems can lead to a store being suspended. Your payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Cryptomo) have their own rules too, so check them before listing a new kind of product.
