Add team members
Invite staff to help with orders, support or products, with access to only the areas they need.
Invite someone
- Go to Team.
- Enter their email under Invite a team member.
- Tick the areas they can use:

| orders | Orders, customers, feedback and subscriptions |
| support | Support tickets |
| analytics | Analytics |
| settings | Storefront, domain, Fraud Shield, API, webhooks and integrations |
| finance | Payment methods, billing and affiliates |
- Click Send invitation. They get an email to join (or to create an account first).
The owner always has access to everything.
Change or remove access
Edit a member's areas in the list and click Save, or remove them.
Require 2FA
Tick Require 2FA for everyone on this shop and save. Team members then have to turn on two-factor authentication before they can open the store.
Tip: give support staff only orders and support. Keep finance and settings for people you fully trust.
