Analytics, reports and exports

Analytics

Analytics shows for the period you choose:

• Revenue, with the platform fees for the period shown underneath,
• Paid orders and checkouts started,
• Conversion: how many checkouts became paid orders,
• Average order value and refunds,
• revenue by payment method,
• the conversion funnel,
• revenue by country,
• subscriptions: MRR, active and trialing subscribers, new and churned,
• top products by revenue, and coupons redeemed with discounts given.

Country data appears when your traffic passes through Cloudflare or when a Fraud Shield provider is configured.

Export data

Under Export & reports, choose a report (Revenue by day or All orders) and a date range, then click Download CSV. Orders and customers also have Export CSV buttons on their own pages.

Weekly report by email

Every Monday you can get last week's revenue, orders and top products, with the orders attached as a CSV. Turn it on and add extra recipients (for example your accountant) in Marketing & loyalty → Weekly report. Click Email me last week's report in Analytics to get one now.
