Moving Your Digital Store from Sellix, SellAuth or Shoppy

Moving a store sounds like a weekend of copying products by hand and losing half your customers along the way. It doesn't have to be. This guide explains how to move a digital-goods store to SellPass with your products, stock, coupons and customer list intact, and how to switch over without downtime.

What you can bring with you

With the SellPass importer you can bring:

• Products with titles, descriptions, prices and options (variants)
• Stock: serial keys and account lines, stored encrypted
• Coupons that are still active
• Customer emails, so you can let buyers know where to find you

Images and past orders stay on your old platform. You can add images to each product after the import.

Step 1: choose how to import

Using an API key. If your old platform is SellAuth, Sellix or Shoppy and its API is available, create an API key there (a read-only key if offered) and paste it into Dashboard → Import store. The key is stored encrypted only while the import runs, then deleted.

Using CSV files. Export your products, coupons and customers as CSV, or fill in the SellPass templates. Put one stock item per row (or several lines in one cell); rows with the same product title are merged automatically. CSV works from any platform.

Step 2: run the import

Start the import and SellPass does the rest:

• Products that already exist in your store are skipped, so running it twice is safe.
• Your plan's product limit is respected.
• File, webhook and subscription products arrive private until you finish their setup (upload the file, add the webhook URL, set the billing period).
• Every product goes through the same moderation as new listings.

You get a summary of what was imported and anything that needs your attention. Changed your mind? Any import can be undone as long as nothing has sold from it.

Step 3: connect payments and test

Connect your own Stripe, PayPal or Cryptomo accounts under Payment methods. Place a test order in test mode to check delivery end to end.

Step 4: switch your links

Once you are happy, point your buyers to the new store:

• Update the link in your Telegram channel, Discord server and social profiles.
• Connect your own domain if you have one.
• Email your imported customers with the new address (and maybe a welcome coupon).

When your import brings over three or more products, you pay no per-order fees for your first 30 days on SellPass, once per account.
